I was not too impressed with this one. It had a cloudy orangish yellow appearance that fit the style well. But there was too much fruit in the nose and on the tastebuds. Not well balanced and thicker than most hefe's should be. I got a growler of this and did drink it all because it is still a tasty beer, just not balanced enough to be called a good beer.

Slightly cloudy golden yellow with a nice creamy white head atop fine bubbles with good retention and lacing. Aroma is moderate intensity bananas with minimal cloves. Taste begins with just a little spicy hops followed by bananas and a hint of cloves...the mouthfeel is creamy, wet, and goes down really easy. Carbonation is mild to moderate with a medium body. I could drink 3-4 pints of this no problem. The finish is wet with well-balanced hops. Would have been even better had it not been served in a frozen pint glass. Very nice. Recommended.
