This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a light orange to brown color with a cap of a little white head. No lace. The aroma had a sweet fruity candy sugary quality about it with some orange, lemon, grassy notes and a light breadiness about it. The flavor took all of those previously mentioned aromas to blend slightly. Adds in a little bit of banana and bubblegum. All of this seems to blend into the aftertaste and on into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionably smooth feel about it. Mild carbonation about it. Overall, as a normal witbier, it works. I’d have again. Second pint went down great with their bacon cheese burger.
