A nice dunkel. Don't see this too often from breweries this small, so it was kind of cool to see their interpretation of the style. Poured out to a cloudy brownish orange color with a small head of white foam. Medium low carbonation. Aroma of wheat, mild malt and a touch of sugary buiscuts. Taste was quaffable; roasted malts and smooth, mild wheat gave way to a light hop presence, and a thirst quenching finish. Mouthfeel was ok, nothing special, but a touch more carbonation would've been heavenly. Drinkability is good. Recommended if you're in the area.
