On location in Gaylord on 2 occasions.
A: The expected pale golden-yellow, bright and clear, with a slight bubbly whitish head that leaves little bubbles of lacing.
S: Light, sweet, and malty with a vague hint of leaf and a bit of dusty sweetness.
T: Average-good for the style, it's got more of a hoppy bite than your mass-produced versions. Malts are sweet but not too cloying, as some tend to be. A bit of grains finish it out, but it's generally unoffensive.
F: Light-bodied, appropriate for the style, not too sticky. Crisp and bright. Finishes thinner than some.

Website indicates the beers listed tend to have rather big abv's. I'm not sure what to make of that.
This one is clearly some kind of adjunct lager as noted on the webpage,
An American-style beer. Corn is added to the grist to give the brew a smooth character. Rich, golden color, light malt character balanced wsith a mild dose of hops. 6.8% ABV.
So I'll drink it cold and see what comes of it.
Light malt aroma. A little of the corn comes through. A little of a water quality and soft yeast character (appropriate lager type).
Almost brilliantly clear and pale gold. Initial white head settles out.
Corn flavor is nicely done. Hops add a nice taste in middle and dry out and place some soft bitterness for the finish. Soft malt character with a little graininess up front. A spot of tartness that grows a bit through the drink - not off putting, but not adding much for my taste buds.
Feel and body and carbonation are as should be, not distracting at all.
You know this is a decent drinker for a hot summer day like today. The corn is done well. Most of the hopping I like except the little twist of tartness that takes a bit away from the crispness I like in light lagers. I don't think this is 6/8%.
Thanks Drevis.
