Tasted at the Big Buck Brewery in Grapevine, TX on 06/08/06.
A light golden bock with a low off-white head. Sweet malt aromas and flavors dominate with no hops really noticeable. Alcohol seemed much more evident in both aroma and flavor than the ABV would suggest. Medium-full bodied with a light alcohol sensation on the finish.
Not a bad Bock - maybe a bit on the sweet side though...
Per Chalkboard at the Brewpub:
17.0 OG
23 IBU
5.6% ABV
