I tried this brewery again when I heard they got a new brewmaster. I have heard all of the recipes are new. The beer pours a dark red color with a white head. The aroma is caramel and toffee malt. The flavor is caramel malt, piney hops, toffee and sugar. Overall the flavor is very sweet. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
