Had this one on tap at the brewpub.
The beer pours a dark brown color with a large tan head. The aroma is roasted malt with some chocolate. The flavor is dark chocolate, roasted malt, some earthiness from the hops and a slight bit of astringency. The mouthfeel is medium and is very creamy. The carbonation is about medium and right for the style. One of the better beers I have had from Uncle Buck's.
