Decent and serviceable Hefe. Pours slightly cloudy amber gold. Frothy head that goes quick enough. Pleasant enough on the nose. Subtle and sweet malts and yeast. Taste follows with mild spice. Creamy feel but lacks a bit of body.

L- Harder to judge with hazy beers but quite deep amber with a pretty good haze on it. Pours with 3mm ultra-fine bubble white head.
S- Mild fruit and some light aromatic spice, cloves I think.
T- The wheat comes over loud and clear, this is the note that for me defines a Weissbier; it's not always this clear.
F- It is lovely and 'rounded' on the palate, again a Weissbier characteristic. Easy drinking, eminently sessionable, esp. if I were in Germany at German prices!
O- Zero here out of place/balance or character for the style. I'd happily drink again although as something as a specialist import, at prices in parallel, I'm not sure I'd be buying it in London again.
Bought from Real Ale, Formosa Street, London W9. £3.06/500ml bottle. BB: 17/07/2021
