50cl bottle poured into Paulaner seidel

A- Cloudy orange body with a 2 finger rocky head. Head reduces quickly to a thin crown, minimal lacing.
S- Subtle pepper and maybe a little clove.
T- No noteable malt sweetness detected but the hop bitterness does come through in the classic semi dry zwickel beer finish. Subtle flavours overall
M- High carbonation, medium body, semi dry finish.
D- Mouthfeel and finish is typical of the style with a higher hop bitterness than a helles. Perhaps lacks depth of character of both malts and hops. Perhaps age has caused flavours to fade. Nevertheless, it retains that refreshing character which is important to the style.
