A light murky orange, amber beer with a white head with some larger bubbles, which settle in a a couple of minutes.
Smell is malty, typical German maltiness, clear honey notes and some straw. A bit sweet.
Taste is malty, a nice and deep malty taste with a decoction-like caramel side. Bitterness is just at the right level and lingers. Mouthfeel is a little sweet.
