Pours clear golden with swarms of large carbonation bubbles rising, rocky slightly off-white head that fades to patches at the tops of the surface. Aroma is bready malt with weak hops.
Taste is sweetish malt with caramel flavours, bits of slight spice, citrus. Mouthfeel is light-medium with slightly more than average carbonation.
Not the best Kellerbier, but certainly worth trying. I am quite happy I have a couple more of them,
