Look: Clear mahogany brown body beneath a standard-sized cap of khaki colored foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Clean, grainy, and nutty malt with just a suggestion of hops.
Taste: Lightly bready, sweetish malt with a bit of herbal hops. A median bitterness leads it to a dry finish.
Feel: Medium bodied with a moderate, seemingly natural, fine-bubbled carbonation.
Overall: A very well made and nicely balanced and rounded dunkel. Highly quaffable.
