Copenhagen 17/5 2015. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Black can with the name of beer and brewery in red.
Pours brown with an off-white head. Bubbly. Subsides quickly to a 0,3 cm layer of foam. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is lightly sweet with dark malts. Caramel and toffee. Whiff of brown sugar Sour grains rummaging in the background.
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor follows the nose and is rather sweet. A little fruity and sugary. Not much bitterness to speak of.
Too sweet for my tastebuds.
