This Pils pours up a very rocky medium bubbled head that is super lacey!!! This towers over a very clear straw colored elixir. The aroma is of bright spicy/earthy hops with hints of mint and citrus. The malt character is mild. The flavor is very balanced upfront and the bitterness comes on at the end and is very gentle as it lingers. The hop flavor is crisp and of spicy flowers. The malt is mild/soft and slightly grain-like. This Bier is not to dry but finishes quickly. A very drinkable and nice Pils. The malt character seemed a bit flat otherwise this one is right on...
