A: The color is pale yellow, while the tall head is both compact and crystal white. Slow dissipation leaves nice lacings.
S: Very grassy with extra nettles! Nice, neat and clean. Bready malt together with a healthy dose of bitter hops. Some floral hops brings citric notes.
T: Bready malt, semi-sweet, together with the bitter hops is very well balanced. The nettles and fresh grass add to the balance. Some buttery notes lures in the back.
M: Long bitter aftertaste. Medium body - very smooth, and medium strong carbonation makes this very smooth and quenchable.
O: This is a fantastic Helles Lager - it's true to the style but not in a modest way. The style is rather mild and mellow, this beer is no exception, but it a little something something...
