A: Pours warm golden with a large, a bit uneven white head - rather thick for being a Dortmunder. Slow dissipation leaves pretty nice lacings.
S: Rather mild smell (a nicer way of saying weak). Nice malt and citric notes.
T: A rich bready maltyness, sweet but not to sweet. Citric notes. Some bitter hops.
M: Body is creamy, really creamy medium full. Carbonation is moderate and smooth. Aftertaste lasts just as long as you would expect a Dortmunder to do - nice bitterness.
D: If the smell had been a little stronger this would have been a very nice Dortmunder. Still nice, though.
