Delightful. Soft and malty. Like a scotch ale without the scotch.

On tap at the CB Craft Brewers tasting room.

Made for the New York Wine and Culinary Center in Canandaigua, an amazing place.

Pours a golden yellow, with a one inch head and a little bit of lacing.

Smells include sweet grains and malt, grassy pilsner-like hops, and a little bit of pepper.

The same taste really. Has a nice bitter finish that I wasn't expecting. Bit peppery near the end, grassy hop flavor.

Crisp, refreshing mouthfeel, drinkable.

Good but not great, would order it easily if I was at the NYWCC.
