Look: Pours a dark caramel, perfectly clear. 1-2 finger head with average retention and a little lacing.
Smell: Sweet earthy malts with a nice hop aroma
Taste: Sweet caramel on the tongue, honey and cereal on the palate, clean finish. Aftertaste brings the bite of bitter hops (the brewery said it used cascade hops exclusively)
Feel: mouth coating, but not awfully heavy. Just a touch of carbonation.
Drink: This is very drinkable for a rather hoppy beverage.
The thing I found interesting about it is that unlike a lot of beers that just claim, "oh, we've found the perfect blend of hop and malts", this one actually offers an interesting malt character, with the understanding that the hops will speak for themselves.

Custom BrewCrafters has, without a reasonable doubt, earned the right to be called the greatest IPA brewery in New York.
Pouring a dark copper colour with a frothy white head, Wet Whiskers exemplifies what a great IPA should look like. The head releases aromas ranging from floral to slightly citrucy. Also a modest malty sweetness to it.
The taste is remarkable. Much hoppier than expected. A As hoppy as hell, but with a perfect malt balance to cut down what would otherwise be too bitter.
This is a phenomonal IPA. After drinking this, you will be perfectly content with your choice.

Another tasty offering from Custom. This one poured a ruddy copper color with a white head. Not too much lacing. Smell was toasted malty with some distinct hops, but not over the top hops. Probably somthing like Fuggles or Goldings. Taste was much hoppier than the smell led on. It was perfectly bitter with a little bit of spice that rounded into a nuttier malted finish. Good all around beer.
