A remarkably average beer. It's very well balanced as it is incredibly malty at first with toasted malts wich give it a bit of a nutty flavour, to a hoppy aftertaste. This is the kind of beer you want to eat something with. I think it would go best with something spicy. Jambalaya would be perfect with this one.
