One of two CBC beers brewed for Cozumel Restaurant on Elmwood,poured a light to medium brown with a thinner off white head.Light aromas nothing really sticks out much here some light roastiness and a touch of chocolate but its as I said light,flavors on the lighter side as well a little fruitiness up front melding into a drier earthy finish.Hmm a no brainer not much to write home about somewhat food friendly but honestly its pretty ho hum.
