Another Custom BrewCrafters Ale that is brewed primarily for one client, in this case "Mex", an authentic Mexican Restaurant on Alexander St, Rochester NY.
The beer is red/copper colored and is served with a little lime slice on the glass. (I think everything at Mex is served with a lime... including guinness...), but anyway-- it is a beer that CB says is brewed in tradition of Germans that immigrated to Mexico.
It is rather malty which comes from its mix of four malts: Pilsner, Munich, Cara-Munich Dark, and Chocolate.
You don't really taste the chocolate because it ends with a hoppy taste.
Good with spicy foods, nothing special on its own.
