A- Bright golden color, semi-clear, one finger thick fluffy white head that faded slowly
S- Citrus, wheat, pale malts, yeast, hint of flowery hops
T- Lemons, oranges, apples, yeast, wheat, light malts, slight hops bite
M- Light/medium body, medium carbonation, smooth, crisp, clean, fairly dry finish
D- Great session brew
This is another good brew by the people from Custom Brewcrafters. It's nice living so close to the brewery.

A pre-packaged growler from Wegman's supermarket in Perinton (Rochester), NY.
Cloudy light-orange color. No head. Has chunks of something (presumably yeast) just sort of sitting there. Looks like it's glowing; looks nice.
Smell is an outstanding yeast aroma, with a kick of a pub ale. Butterscotchy, probably from ringwood yeast? Sweet and buttery. Bready and biscuity malt.
Some light sour apple in the taste. Dry pub ale flavors. A tad musty, but appropriate to the styel. More butterscotchy as it warms. Lots of apple flavors. The yeast is a necessary dry counter to the sweetish malt.
Thickness is a juice-like consistency. Finishes dry. Nice lasting film. Much better warmer. A bit sweeter than expected, but quite nice.

Got this one on tap the other night after the bartender allowed me a sample after admitting he had no idea what it was.
This one pours really clear, with a thin pale golden hue, and a light head retention. It gives off a strong citrus smell, and tastes almost like you're drinking a lime. Typical of a summer brew each sip is light and crisp. This is a great beer for sweltering summer days, or if you're just in the mood for a light beer with flavor.

On tap at the Buffalo Brewpub,poured a light clear straw color with not much head to speak of,light aromas I picked up some lightly toasted grain and orange peel with was more emphatic flavor wise.Big orangy flavors like orange rind or high pulp orange juice I havent had a beer with such a pronounced orange flavor I dont think overtop of toasted wheat malt not much in the way of hops here.I could see myself out on the frisbee golf course drinkin this since Iam not a golfer but a great warm weather beer this would be like in the NC heat I was living in until recently.

Had a sample of this during the brewery tour...picked up a growler on the way out.
Pours a crystal-clear-brassy-golden color with a nice white foamy head. The head will go way but a white ring remains around the glass. Lacing is minimal at best.
Smell is grassy, lemony and has a hint of pine.
The taste is mellow with a lemony feel.
Mouthfeel is good, crisp, clean and refreshing.
This is a good brew.
Overall I was impressed it's flavorful, clean and refreshing.

On tap at Bristol Harbour in Canandaigua, NY.
A fairly boring wheat ale. Very light and easily drinkable. Color was mild amber without much head. Smell was very faint, low in hops but with a fruity bubble gum scent. Taste was refreshing although it had this cheap fruity element to it that I wasn't a fan of. Tasted kind of like the squeezed in some Kool Aid or Hawaian Punch. It was drinkable but I won't be going back to this one (not that I'd ever get the chance).

This is a great beginner beer. A light, yet hazy color gives good indication to what you're going to taste. a zesty, lemony wheat beer that is nothing more than refreshing. this is a really good drink to come home to after a long hot day at work durring the summer months. It beats lemonade. But it October. I'm going to stick to the porters and the ipas.

On draught. Hazy appearance, as one might expect from a wheat beer. Lively level of carbonation. Being an American wheat flavored with a small amount of lemon zest, makes it quite tart and refreshing. American wheats are not my personal preference, but this is a good summer thirst quencher...on or off the course.
