A- Deep reddish color, semi-transparent, half finger thick fluffy head that lasted well
S- Fruity, sweet, malty, hint of citrus hops
T- Flowery hops, very sweet, bubble gum, caramel, malty, creamy
M- Medium body, medium carbonation, smooth, very sweet w/ a fairly dry finish
D- Worth trying
This brew was extremely sweet and malty for being considered an IPA. They have it on tap at JB Quimbys in Henrietta. It also came w/ a comment card because I guess this is a trial brew and they want peoples feedback (at least thats what the bartender told me).
