Poured a nice orange amber colour with a moderate head. The aroma was hoppy and also slightly grainy. Ithe taste was also hoppy. It had a nice bitterness to it. It is a true IPA right from the start. It went down nice and smooth. This is a serious ale for a serious beer drinker.

Nothing like a good American IPA to step up to any occasion. Whether summer or winter or anyplace in between, with spicey food or pasta or whatever, the versatile IPA shines. This one was perfect with my lunch, a grilled veggie with fresh mozzarella and pesto mayo on ciabatta bread. Yum. With food or without, this one's a keeper. This can be found occasionally at the Old Toad served cask conditioned.
