Looks like a new custom brew for Beale Street on South Ave.

Pours a slight copper yellow, lighter than an amber but darker than Racer X or other American IPAs. Lots of frothy aromatic white foam on top.

Smell is light but refreshing- both pine and citrus. Taste follows up with a great mix of what seems like amarillo and cascade hops. Just enough pine to make it a bitter IPA but the cascade flavor blends really well with the juicy amarillo character. There's a hint of the diacetyl character that seemed to be a characteristic of a lot of their brews before they changed yeast strains. The flavor adds a little distinctive character to all of their beers but this is a little subdued and actually helps the IPA.

Served very cold and drinkable. Definitely recommended.
