Review from notes on 1/20/10
A - pitch black with an off white 1/2" head. Not much lacing though. 4.0
S - Balanced notes of roastiness, carob, and light cherry. This smells great! 4.0
T - Roasty, creamy, and a slight and subtle hint of black cherry. This is a great example of a well made fruit infused stout. 4.5
M - Rich and well carbonated. Very smooth. 4.0
D - Excellent. I would like another, and another, and... 4.5
