This was sampled in a 4 oz glass at Hops in Humboldt 2007 but that was enough to taste this one. It poured a nice clear golden color with thick head and good lacing. Nose of malts and hops and a smooth mouthfeel. Flavor was slightly bitter and so was the finish. Very enjoyable to drink even if not complex.

Note to the BA folks. This beer is not the Butte Creek Organic Pilsner. Completely different beer.
Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
A - Looks an awful lot like a macro American lager. Urine colored with a decent head, though not great. Seems to lack the carbonation that I see in some other Euro lagers.
S - Crisp lager-like smell with a bit of bittering Noble hops. A slight malt finish is obserable, but not by much. In all honesty, this beer doesn't smell like much of anything.
T - OK. Starts a bit sweet, then the hops take over and bring it back down to where a Pilsner should be. Finishes with a bit of a funky bite that I can't put my finger on, but it isn't unpleasant.
M - Lacks the bubbles and the end result is a somewhat watery feel.
D - Not a great beer by any stretch, but it isn't difficult to drink either.
