Voluminously hop-forward, yet somehow beautifully balanced. Even we feel like something with a bit more umph now and then.

Very interesting hop profile. The standard citrus but I also detect some spicy herbal notes and even a smoked aroma. The flavor is fruit forward with a nice spiciness. This almost reminds me of a curry meal. Sweet honey malts round off the back end. A true India pale ale with a taste of India in it.

I’ve imagined this life before; cool and serene. Maybe one where I even met her - my perfect other. Together by plane, by train, or even by dinghy, we ride together. Into the sunset, under the moon, and maybe even up into the stars. I feel that way when I drink this beer. And god, please, I hope to one day feel that way with her.

Fresh can from Lúpulo.
Clear copper, white fluffy head. Good retention and lacing.
Nose is mostly pine and grass.
Tastes like a classic wcipa of 10+ years ago. Pine, citrus, grassy. Little malty backbone, not sweet.
Medium dry bodied. Bitter dry grassy punch.
Overall: An extreme ipa for THIS brewery which is generally all about clean lagers and balanced flavors. Compared to all the double ipa’s nowadays however, doesn’t come off as extreme at all. Worth checking out, definitely if you’re a fan of classic west coast ipa. If you’re looking for “bursting juicy tropical flavor” or “juice bomb” or “malt and hop bomb.” You won’t be happy.
