Can from Belmont Station.

A clear light amber with a dense, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is soft, earthy, firmly mineraly, with toffee and burnt sugar, toasted whole wheat bread. The palate opens mildly sweet but fairly dry, with flavors of brown sugar, toffee and burnt toast present. Drying of the finish with an austere minerality and firm happiness present. Lovely texture and mouthfeel.

Wax & Wane pours amber color, about a one finger head and has some carbonation. The smell is like woody dankness and the taste follows the nose with a little bitterness lingering. Smooth and tasty, overall a good Pale Ale. Canned 09/27/22.

Lost in memory, another thought engulfs me. Are you real? Am I? Because as I drink this, I am lifted to the heavens. I am caressed by her touch. I am in a room with ethereal figures… When will things finally stop? When will I? Shut up, Raul, and drink. Drink.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass

A: Pours golden orange amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.

S: Mix of pine and citrus, a bit floral, faint earthy herbal notes, and toasty biscuity malt.

T: Citrus, grapefruit and lemon, pine, a bit grassy, floral notes, slight earthy herbal undertones, and toasty biscuity malt.

M: A little on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.

O: Bitterness is more assertive than I was expecting, but I'm not complaining. I probably wouldn't have guessed it was only 4.3%. Wouldn't mind spending a few hours in the pub knocking these back.
