Thanks for the assist, Chris.
A clear orange with a dense off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is excellent. Robust with a golden malt base, mildly sweet, bready with a rich, full nose, firmly balanced by a blend of hop bitterness and earthy, robust flavor. The palate opens witha great blend of bitterness and sweetness, a robust malt character with honeyed toast, bread, a little but of simple syrup, tempered by a firm, earthy bitterness. The mid-palate has a smooth, full feel, which works really well with the creamy carbonation. An excellent maibock.
