Brought over by my friend Jeff,given to him by a friend that brought this home from Germany.
2-way split from a 16oz flip top bottle,poured into my SA glass.
Golden brown in color with some haziness. Slighly off-white head that dwindels down to a soapy coating.
Mostly fruity aromas, tart, with lots of green apple and a slight metallic aroma.
Fruity and tart,as in the nose,very earthy,with a dried fruit,slightly vinious. Finishes with a woody,lightly chard/slightly burnt note leaves a dusty chocolate taste lingering.
Very light mouthfeel with a grainy edge. Very mellow,easy to drink.the taste was a bit on the weak side.

What can you say about this one? Best before1-3-05 so just in time but kept cold for last 4 weeks in fridge and tastes like its only 2 days old!
Great forever lasting head, litle yellow but in thickness as cream. Clear and beautifully brown beer that just cheering for you! Nose atracts maybe even more. Seldomly had so much freshness and fruit and that with beautifull maltarome. Can just say perfect!
Taste is great also beeing fruity and fresh becomming more and more malty with caramel and muenchner/vienna notes.
Aftertaste is wonderfull too but could use just a little more bitterness to make it perfect. Woww, drinkabillity is so that next time I'll purge a case!
