33cl bottle poured into Weihenstephan weizen glass.

A- 4 finger creamy head sits atop a pale cloudy straw body. Lacing and head retention is excellent.
S- Light clove and spice. Hint of pineapple perhaps.
T- Clove and spice initially but quickly fades to a thin watery semi dry finish.
M- High carbonation, medium body fading to a watery finish.
D- Flavour profile is too subtle and thin. Needs a longer fuller flavour finish. Id say this is typical of the northern German hefeweizens i have had. Lacks the flavour profile and smoothness while retaining the refreshing quality.
