A craft spin on an Irish stout with a luscious, roasty character derived from 4 different dark malts. English and American hops are balanced out with nitrogenation, making for a creamy delight.

Good example of a dry nitro stout. It has a smokey finish. Nice twist. Industry public house.

Oddly, this beer is on tap at the restaurant in the Budweiser Brew House in Washington Nationals Park, on a beer list otherwise dominated by Anheuser-Busch products. I wonder if there's a tie-in deal with Blue Point. This is a decent, if significantly underpowered stout. I was happy to have an alternative to the vile Goose Island products, but would not drink this again in a setting with more options.

Perfectly black with a nice tan nitro head. The smell is very subtle like an Irish stout. The taste is a typical mellow Irish stout plus a pretty intense smoky finish. Very complex but still drinkable. Interesting. Not sure I've ever had anything quite like it. Not something I could or would drink all night. Would definitely have again.
