Nice coppery amber color. Smells and tastes sweet, malty, slightly smokey. Slight hops aftertaste.

Okay average beer. Has a medium amber color and typical Scottish ale smell. Not the smoothest finish. Has a strong taste with some smokey flavor. Recommend but not highly.

Sweet roasty malt, smooth, with a nice crisp finish. Some interesting toasty scotchy flavors in the malt body. Has a good little bite of hop bitterness to balance out the sweet malt.

A pretty average nose of sweet malts with a deep amber pour.
Very sweet start with lots of malt. Very smooth with a crisp finish. Tones of caramel, candied fruits, and that distinct scotch taste really come out as it warms.
Overall, I'm in the average area. A good ale but nothing game changing.
