Poured a nice light copper hue, with a two finger head. Good head retention and lacing.
The smell was light with hints of grapefruit. A nice malt biscuit presence was also detected.
The taste was well balanced and clean. A good hop fruitiness and nice biscuity aftertaste.
The mouth feel was full, but clean. Fairly good carbonation.
A very drinkable ale. I don't know if it was the actual ingredients, or the fact that I knew it to be an organic ale, but the taste seemed a bit cleaner and fresher than I am used to. A nice experience.
