Look: from a 12oz can, it pours reddish (like a berry Jello) with a 1/4" white head that dissipates immediately and leaves not much behind. the Gose is cloudy as expected and absolutely no lacing was observed.
Smell: Sour berries, citrusy lemony coriander and salt. light wheaty malts.
Taste: the beer is tangy tart but not to sour extent. acidity is significant but not the dominant factor. there's berries (not sure if blackberries necessarily) and lemony spices and its lightly salted. bitterness and any hops flavors are at a minimum.
there's good balance between the acidity and any malt sweetness.
Feel: medium light bodied, slightly creamy texture, almost effervecent carbonation and pronounced astringency from the acidity. Finish is dry with lingering astringency.
Overall: a well balanced (to style) Gose and will please many fans of the style. I can drink a lot of these refreshing beers
