A_hazy red brown with a decent head from a firkin.
S_pleasant ginger snap aroma with clove and other spices
T_Ginger sweetness up front followed by an almost curry like flavor. The coffee comes through next. Nicely bitter and aromatic. Finish is lingering clove and cinnamon.
M_thick and a bit chewy with plenty of carbonation.
