to note, the bottle looks completely different from what I had, hope its the same stuff
A - pours a light brown with moderate quick carbonation, pours with lots of head that lasts a while, had to wait for it to go down to get a full pour, the head resmbles the head from a Root Beer
S - as soon as i popped the cap i could smell a appley/champagney aroma, very fresh and very strong, like Mestreechs Aajt
T - the taste followed suit with one addition, had the apple flavor but the next most predominant flavor was maple, fitting for a Canadian beer, very unique and quite tasty, but way way too sweet for me
M - quite dry actually was a refreshing mouthfeel, like champagne
D - lower than usual because it was too sweet, otherwise rather drinkable

The first thing i noticed after pouring this was that it looked very much like my first batch of homebrew that I made just a few weeks ago. The color was copper but the head was EXACTLY like my homebrew - fizzy, not dense and disappeared quick. The head was like something from a can of pop. This beer is probably a little too carbonated. The smell was somewhat floral, not bad. Taste was predominantly malty with a slightly tangy mouthfeel - not really that smooth. The beer was nice and drinkable though and I would have another.

Didn't work..too watered down and overcarbonated. Looked like an amber rootbeer, and that would be its best plus. Maybe it is? Could not taste anything, and just had a sample of a bottle so know what it could be like. Sweetness, perhaps a tad of hops.

Pours up clear copper red with only a slight head that settles to a ring which gives up a decent lace.
Malt sweet nose with a notes of fruit (dates or prunes) alongside a hint of hops.
Feels smooth to drink. Quite sweet, perhaps a touch too sweet. Slight hopiness to finish.
Overall I found this too sweet to really enjoy. There is a lingering sugariness that doesn't match up too well with the hop finish. It just didn't work for me.
