Pours slightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big juicy peaches, apricot, pineapple, pear, mango, melon, lemon, orange, citrus zest, fruit peel, floral honey, white bread, and mild herbal/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of peaches, honey, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy peaches, apricot, pineapple, pear, mango, melon, lemon, orange, citrus zest, fruit peel, floral honey, white bread, and mild herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal/grassy bitterness and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy peaches, apricot, pineapple, pear, mango, melon, lemon, orange, citrus zest, fruit peel, floral honey, white bread, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, honey, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with a great malt/bitterness and fruit tang/tartness balance; with zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from fruit tang/tartness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately grainy/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7%. Overall this is an awesome braggot! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, honey, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink; with the modestly tart/tangy/drying finish. Perfectly balanced honey, peaches, and pale malt flavors; with just enough balancing earthy hops. Super clean flavors. No yeast esters, all honey fruitiness. A highly enjoyable offering and outstanding style example.
