Yes, I was at Red Lobster. And yes, I ordered the Red Claw Lager, since the only other options were... well, really, water.
But yes, I was also surprised. I mean, it's not great. But it's definitely a drinkable beer, with decent colour (reddish brown with some gold highlights), a non-offensive aroma, and a surprisingly malty flavour with a good solid mouthfeel. I could actually have a couple of these and not regret my choice. Really glad that Red Lobster chose to go with a craft brewery (even Trafalgar) for its special beer.

Appearance - Served in a pint glass, amber color, with a flat appearance.
Smell - Very little to comment on. Slight sweetness of the malts apparent, but ultimately unremarkable.
Mouthfeel - Light body with a smooth texture.
Taste - Very little flavor save for a hint of sweet maltiness in the aftertaste.
Drinkability - Reasonably drinkable. Fairly generic, aiming for the typical Canadian/American beer drinker that goes for quantity over quality.
