From .5L bottle.
Pours crystal-clear pale straw, with a thin head of large bubbles. Long-lasting lace.
Smells of very lightly toasted cereals, and a hint of spicy hops.
The taste is light, with very clean cereal and earth yeast. The hops mostly bring a little bitterness, but I can't detect much flavor from them. The texture is light and perhaps a bit prickly from the carbonation.
All in all, I can't really knock it. This Hell may not be the best, or most stand-out example of the style, but it's a decent brew from a tiny operation.
