A: Black with a quickly disappearing head. Some lacing.
S: Chocolate, oats, mild alcohol and wood.
T. Pronounced barrel notes with a warm sweetness from the cognac and madeira. Alcohol that is present in the aroma is well integrated.
F: Light to medium body with a slight syrupy feel.
O: Very enjoyable due to the flavours imparted by the barrels, with the cognac taking pride of place. Consumed on tap at Indie Ale House.
