Served on tap in a 32 oz (946 ml) stein at the Amsterdam BrewHouse in Toronto, Ontario.
A: Pours a crystal clear, amber/light copper with a one finger, off-white head, rim retention, and spotty lacing.
S: Aromas of citrus (lemon vs pink grapefruit), toffee, and caramel.
T: Semidry. Grassier and grainier than would have been anticipated based on the nose, but malty nonetheless. Balanced, light bitterness.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: A dry, drinkable, and highly fungible American Amber Ale.
