On tap at the Amsterdam Tap Takeover at Volo. Into a wine glass.
Golden yellow with a white head and good lacing. Nose has some hay, farmhouse character, some brett, lemon and general citrus zest. Taste has more citrus zest, brett, farmhouse, light tartness and spice. General funk as well. Mouthfeel is medium, medium high carbonation. Quite tasty and sufficient to quell my Brett urges.

On tap at Volo's 2nd Funk Night
Beer is cloudy blonde in colour, with a moderate white head that fades quickly. Leaves some lace.
Good smell. Brett comes through strongly. Vinous, light fruit, apple. Slightly funky.
Brett is upfront in the taste as well, with beery flavours and some light fruit and spice. A funky aftertaste, slightly sour.
Medium bodied, highly carbonated.
Overall, pretty good.

Enjoyed on tap with Ian from Amsterdam, at Bar Volo Funk Night 2. Big brett beer, and good drinkability. The brett dominates the saison spiciness. Above average mouthfeel. Brett in the aroma. Whitish coloured body. Not complex, but refreshing and something I would want to try again, perhaps in a different batch.
