On tap at Volo's 2nd funk night. A hard beer to categorize- Biere de Champagne is not quite right but it does use champagne yeast, so this struck me as the closest.
Beer is orange with no head. Cloudy.
Smell is fairly strong, contains green apple and green grape. Seems fairly sweet.
Light fruit in the taste, bready champagne yeast, green grape, berries. Fairly complex. Moderately sweet, with a slightly tart aftertaste. Tasty.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
Overall, very nice. Definitely unique among the rest of the beers I had during this event, as this one is not really funky in any way, but very enjoyable.
