On tap at Bar Hop.
Beer is totally opaque, dark orange. Almost no head, just a touch of white along the glass.
Beer smells like a very sweet, BBQ'd pig! That is not a bad thing. Obviously a rauchbier.
Lots of smoke in the flavour, reminiscent of smoked ham or Canadian bacon, with a BBQ influence. There is a noticeable sweetness in the beer as well, which serves a nice balance to the smoked flavours. Some more typical caramel malt flavours underneath all of that. Unusual beer, but quite good.
Light to medium bodied, strongly carbonated- too much.
Overall, good but hard to drink too much of. In small amounts, quite enjoyable.

On tap at Bar Hop for their Customer Appreciation Night. Rauchbier fermented with lactobacillus.
Unfiltered golden yellow, light lacing and a film of retention. Nose has big smoke, with a distinct sourness. Tart fruit character as well. Taste is quite sour and heavy, woody smoke. Some cheese and grain notes. Finish has a touch of sweetness to cut the tartness a bit. Mouthfeel is a lighter medium, medium carbonation. Although I'm usually all for the smoke, I wasn't on board with how it was presented here.

Rauch with lacto, on tap at Bar Hop FIrst Anniversary party. Very taste. Light brown coliured body. Smoked malt gives a malty rather than a meaty taste which results in Very good drinkability. Best of the party for me, Amsterdam knocks it out of the park again.
