On-tap at the Brewhouse.
The beer is an opaque gold colour, with a large white head. Good retention and lacing.
The nose is very nice, and fruit-filled. Hops come through strongly. Serious tropical fruit scents, with citrus as well.
Flavour is good. Hops are the dominant presence here, with citrus and tropical fruits abounding. Some crisp wheat flavours, and a bit of caramel. A bit soapy.
Full bodied, highly carbonated, bready.
Overall, quite good. Very hop-focused, much more so than the (few) others I have had in this style. Almost like a Wheat DIPA. Nice.

I am a wheatwine fan, and enjoyed this hoppy version immensely at Day After Tap Takeover at Bar Volo. Cloudy yellow, lacey. Very hoppy(89 IBU) and simply delicious. Funky aroma, full mouthfeel, a sheet of lace. Great drinkability. Bottle this please. One of the better Canadian beers I have enjoyed in recent months.

On tap at the Amsterdam Tap Takeover at Volo. Into a wine glass.
Lightly hazy golden yellow, great retention and light lace. Nose has pure tropical hop character, honey and some sugar perhaps brought on by the turbinado addition. Clementine and tangerine are distinct as well. Taste has more tropical notes, honeydew, melon skins, clementine, orange, tangerine with honey and wheat undertones. Great hop character with a brilliant balancing sweetness. Full feel, light alcohol. I love wheat wines and this hits all of the spots I adore in the style.
