On-tap at Volo during Zwanze.
Cloudy gold with a moderately sized white head. Head fades quickly.
Nose contains white wine and oak. Green apple. Fruity but odd. Hard to place.
Taste contains white wine and some oak. A bit tart. Apple, light fruits. Lime, perhaps? Coriander.
Medium bodied, moderately carbonated. A bit drying.
Overall. pretty good. Certainly an unusual beer.

On tap at the Amsterdam Tap Takeover at Volo. Into a wine glass. A wit aged on fresh chardonnay barrels.
Slightly hazy golden yellow, white head with light retention and a touch of lace. Nose has some apple flesh, mild white wine notes and a touch of cider character. Relatively sweet. Taste has prominent cloves and allspice, some wheat character, grainy finish, subtler sweetness. Medium body and lower medium carbonation. Wine barrel provides some nice notes here.
