On tap at the Amsterdam Tap Takeover at Volo. Into a wine glass. A gose aged on Pinot Noir barrel for 3 months with raspberries.
Dark pink body with white head featuring rose hues. Great dense head and sheeted lace. Nose has bright raspberries, light tart, a bit of yeast and yogurt. Taste has raspberries, followed immediately salty dough and grains. Moderately drying finish, medium full feel. Slightly higher than medium carb. Quite delicious, and certainly much better than the original Maverick and Gose.
