On-tap at Volo during the Amsterdam takeover.
Beer is clear golden with an enormous white head. Very good retention, head fades very slowly. Good lacing.
Nose is floral, with lemon scents. Slightly tart. Nice.
Taste is quite dry, with white pepper. Slightly funky. Grassy hops. Some fruit- lemon, peach.
Light bodied, low to moderate carbonation level. Refreshing.
Overall, quite good.

On tap at Bar Volo, a few days after the tap takeover. Bannana yeast. Funkiness in the nose. Lemon citrus, surprising bitterness that is not unpleasant. Something different and consistent with the broad range of Belgian pales. Decently drinkable. Deep yellow.
